VPNWT / SETUP

Client Setup and Subscription Import Guide

Follow the setup steps from account creation to connection. Get one device working first, then use the same subscription on your other devices.

Menus and labels vary between operating systems and clients. In this guide, “subscription management,” “configuration,” and “import from link” refer to types of features; the exact names depend on the client provided in the user panel and its current interface. If a label differs, look for the option with the same purpose rather than repeatedly installing other software.

Create an Account and Save Your Credentials

Start on the account creation page in the VPNWT user panel. VPNWT doesn’t require an email address; create an account with a username and password. Before you begin, choose a username that’s easy to remember and set a unique password for this service. Don’t reuse a password from another important account. Follow the on-screen instructions. If the panel opens your account dashboard, you’re ready to continue setup.

Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps. Access to the panel doesn’t mean you have an active subscription, so check your account details first rather than looking for routes in the client. Save your username and password in a personal password manager, and make sure you can log in with them. When you return to the panel later, use the login page instead of creating another account.

If you don’t reach the dashboard after submitting the form, read the messages near the fields. If your username is unavailable, choose another one as prompted. If the password confirmation doesn’t match, check what you entered—especially for extra spaces when pasting. Don’t submit repeatedly while the page is processing, and don’t assume account creation failed just because the button hasn’t changed. Try logging in with the details you entered to check whether the account was created.

Once this step is complete, keep using the same account and choose a plan. Check orders, subscriptions, and support tickets under that account. If you have trouble logging in, see the account and subscription guide in the Help Center. Switching between accounts can make it difficult to match payment records with the subscription you’re setting up.

Choose a Plan and Confirm Activation

Open the plans section in the panel and first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages. Monthly subscriptions are suited to regular use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packages suit variable usage and remain valid until used up, with no expiration. Before choosing, check the price, data allowance, and billing terms. Don’t rely on the plan title alone or assume a data package renews monthly.

VPNWT monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Data use varies widely between reading and streaming video. Choose based on how you expect to use the service; there’s no need to pick the highest tier just to install a client. See the plans page for full pricing and details.

Choose a plan in the panel, follow the steps to place your order, then check the plan name and amount on the order. VPNWT accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Choose a convenient payment method and follow the instructions on the payment page. When payment is complete, return to the user panel to check the order status, then confirm the plan and data allowance on your dashboard. Verify both the payment status and that the subscription is active in the panel.

If the order still shows as processing, refresh the order page or dashboard to check for an update. Don’t immediately pay again for the same order. If the status doesn’t change, open a support ticket in the panel and describe what you see. VPNWT offers a 7-day refund policy; see the refund policy for how to request a refund. If you upgrade a monthly subscription partway through its term, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the amount shown in the panel.

Once the plan is active, move on to getting your subscription. This order helps prevent mistaking an account without an active plan for a client installation problem. There’s no device limit, but you’ll still need to configure each device and grant its required system permissions.

Get Your Subscription Link from the Panel

Open the account dashboard and make sure you’re signed in to the account with the plan you just activated. Find the subscription details or import section. The panel may offer options to copy a link or import directly into a client. If the client is already installed, use the import option provided by the panel. Otherwise, copy the subscription link and get the client from the panel before installing and importing it.

The subscription link lets your client retrieve the route configuration associated with your account. It isn’t the marketing homepage or an order link. Use the copy button in the subscription section to avoid missing part of the link. Before pasting it into the client, check that the link is complete and contains no line breaks or extra text. The example below is a placeholder format only, not a working subscription address:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

The address above won’t connect. Get your actual address from your own user panel; don’t replace the example text with your password. A subscription address and your panel login details serve different purposes. The client’s subscription field usually needs the complete link, not your username, password, or the address of the page open in your browser.

Your subscription link provides access to your account. Use it only on personal devices and in trusted clients. Hide the full link and account details in support tickets or screenshots. Don’t post the link in public chats or online documents. To set up another device, sign in to the same account and get the link again rather than sharing it publicly.

After copying the link, open the client downloads section and choose the version for your device’s operating system. Get both the client and subscription through the user panel; this page doesn’t provide static installers. If the copy button doesn’t work, check your browser’s clipboard permissions, then follow the options available in the panel. For more account and subscription help, visit the Help Center.

Import on Each Platform

Go to the client section of the user panel and choose the VPNWT client and import instructions for your current operating system. This guide covers clients that support subscription configurations; you don’t need to find downloads from other sources. After installation, import your configuration and check that the route list appears before connecting. Installing the software alone usually isn’t enough to access VPNWT routes.

Windows: Import from Configuration or Subscription Management

Get the Windows client from the panel. Run the installer, open the main window, and look for an option such as “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or “Subscription Management.” Choose add subscription or import from link, then paste the complete address you copied. You can give the configuration a recognizable name, such as VPNWT. Save it, then update or load it.

After importing, you should see a list of routes or proxy groups. Select the configuration you just imported to make it active. If the system asks for network permission, check the program name before approving it. Don’t enable system proxy settings in multiple proxy tools at once. If your computer already has a work network configuration, find out what it does before changing it. Keep the client open and check the connection status in the next step.

macOS: Import the Configuration and Approve Network Access

Choose the macOS client in the panel, install it, and open the app. Go to the configuration or subscription section and use an option such as add link or import subscription. If you use one-click import from the panel, your browser may ask whether to open the client. Check that it’s the right app, then return to the client and confirm the configuration appears.

macOS may ask you to approve a network extension or related permission. Follow the system prompts to the relevant area in Privacy & Security or Network settings. If the client asks you to reopen it after approval, follow the prompt. Don’t mistake an unapproved permission for an unavailable route. For more detailed installation and permission instructions, see the Mac setup guide, then return here to verify your connection.

Android: Import Your Subscription and Allow Network Access

Get the Android client from the panel and install it. Open the app and look for configuration management, subscription management, or add configuration. Choose import from link, paste the subscription address, and save it. Some clients have a separate update subscription action; after saving, tap update to load the route list. Once the routes appear, select the configuration and open the connection screen.

The first time you connect, Android may display a VPN connection request. Check the app name and allow it. If the connection drops when you switch to another app, check whether battery management restricts the client’s background activity and adjust the available settings. Android typically allows only one active VPN connection, so stop other network tools of the same type before connecting to avoid permission or connection conflicts.

iOS: Load the Configuration from the Subscription Menu

Check the user panel for how to get the iOS client and follow its instructions. After installing and opening it, go to the configuration or subscription section, choose add from link, paste the subscription address, and confirm. If you import directly from the panel, the system will ask whether to switch to the relevant app. Once there, check the configuration name and route list; leaving the browser doesn’t mean the import is complete.

When you connect, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration. Follow the system prompts to approve it. Return to the client, select a route, and turn on the connection. A connected status means the network configuration is active, but you’ll still need to check whether traffic is going through the region you need. If the switch turns off immediately, first check that the subscription loaded fully and permissions were granted rather than repeatedly importing it.

Linux and Other Devices

VPNWT also supports Linux. Follow the panel instructions for downloading and importing the client. This guide covers common desktop and mobile graphical interfaces, not command-line or router setup. Once you’ve verified the current device, configure other devices according to their operating system. Don’t assume desktop permission steps apply to routers. For a deeper look at configuration methods and route selection, see the access guide.

Connect and Verify Your Setup

Return to the client and make sure the VPNWT configuration you just imported is active. Choose a route that matches the region required by your target service, then connect. VPNWT covers 100+ countries with 180+ routes, but the available options depend on what loads for your account. Verify one region first, then decide whether to switch. Changing exit regions frequently makes results harder to compare.

After connecting, check that the client stays running and that the exit region matches the route you selected. You can use an exit IP lookup tool in your browser, but don’t enter your subscription link on the lookup site. Next, open the website or app you need and check that it loads and its main features work. The network status icon, the client’s connection switch, and an app’s actual results tell you different things, so consider them together.

If your browser works but a particular app doesn’t, check the client’s routing mode and whether rules exclude the app. Some apps establish a network session before you connect; closing and reopening them can make the test more accurate. Streaming services and AI tools may also check account region and platform policies, so a successful network connection doesn’t guarantee access to all content.

If nothing works, first confirm the subscription is loaded and the plan is still active. Then check system network permissions and whether system proxy or VPN settings are enabled. Pause other network tools and test again. If needed, compare another route in the same region. Change one setting at a time and note what changes; switching configurations, modes, and routes all at once makes troubleshooting harder.

If you run into an issue, note your operating system, the client’s message, the selected region, and which apps can connect. Then open a support ticket in the user panel. Hide your subscription link and account details in screenshots. For common connection issues, see the connection and troubleshooting section in the Help Center. For step-by-step checks of your exit IP, DNS, and app-specific connections, read the guide to checking whether your VPN is working.

You’re set up when your subscription updates, you can select a route, the connection stays active, and you’ve tested the apps you need. Once the current device works, set up your other devices. There’s no device limit, but each device still needs its own permission and connection checks.
