An email address is not a registration requirement, and this service does not require one later for normal use. Account data includes the username, information needed for authentication, subscription status, and data usage. This information is used for sign-in verification, subscription delivery, and quota management.
Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, order status, transaction reference, and refund details. They are used to confirm payments, verify entitlements, and resolve billing disputes. Descriptions and attachments submitted through support tickets are used to respond to those requests. Please submit only what is needed to investigate the issue; do not send passwords, complete payment credentials, or subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNWT does not record which websites users visit through international routes. It does not store browsing history, viewed content, or the contents of communications, or associate website visits with accounts. Account data usage is used for billing and quota checks, not to create a list of destinations visited.
This service does not persistently store connection logs that can be linked to an individual account. Temporary session information needed to maintain a connection is used only while the session is active and is released when it ends; it is not retained as a long-term connection history. Overall route performance metrics are used for troubleshooting and handled separately from users' website visit records. Diagnostic materials voluntarily submitted by users are managed as support ticket data, and information no longer needed is deleted once the issue is resolved.
Usage Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage, so we can assess whether information is clear and pages are working properly. Analytics cover activity on this website, not users' activity on other websites through the subscription service. Analytics are not used to collect passwords or subscription credentials.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain sessions and save sign-in status and language preferences. The user panel may retain authentication credentials in local storage to make authorized requests. Sign out after using a shared device. Clearing this website's stored data removes local state, but does not delete the server-side account or orders.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the selected third-party provider. VPNWT receives the transaction result and related information needed to verify the order; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords through support tickets.
Payment providers may process transaction information under their own rules. See the provider's privacy notice for details. This service uses only the data needed to deliver subscriptions, verify transactions, and handle requests, and does not sell account data. Where disclosure is legally required, only the information necessary to meet the applicable obligation will be provided.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while the service is being provided. After an account is closed, data no longer needed for service purposes is deleted. Order and refund records are retained only for as long as needed for settlement, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-linked from identifying information. Usage analytics are kept only for the period needed for analysis, not indefinitely as personally identifiable records.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data, and specify the scope of the request. This service will verify account ownership and explain the outcome. If an order is still open or a legal retention obligation applies, we will explain which data cannot yet be deleted and why. Account deletion may affect subscription access, so please resolve any outstanding order matters first.
Policy Updates and Scope
If data use, service processes, or applicable requirements change, this policy will be updated on this page and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Significant changes that affect the scope of data processing will be announced on the website or in the user panel. These updates do not replace consent where consent is legally required.
