Service Scope
VPNWT provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, covering 100+ countries / 180+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can manage subscriptions, get client apps, and access connection details through the panel. Available routes are shown in the panel.
The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party platforms. Access to international websites and apps is also subject to their regional policies, account status, and usage rules. Purchasing a subscription does not mean a third-party platform guarantees specific content or that a particular app will always be available.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Users should keep their account credentials and subscription details secure, and verify the target before importing or changing a configuration. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and report it through a panel ticket. Do not post subscription details on public pages.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. This applies to the account holder’s own devices and does not permit sharing an account with others or reselling the service. Renting, lending, or reselling accounts or subscriptions, or repackaging the service as commercial connectivity for others, is prohibited.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated to the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Plan prices and data allowances are listed on the Plans page. Choose a plan based on your actual needs; an unlimited number of devices does not mean unlimited data.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region relevant to their use, as well as the rules of the websites, apps, and content platforms they access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including fraud, illegal transactions, privacy violations, distributing unlawful content, or infringing intellectual property rights.
Using routes for unauthorized network scanning, intrusion, attacks, malware distribution, or bulk transmission of unsolicited messages is prohibited. Users must not disrupt the service infrastructure, abuse interfaces, or use automation in a way that affects other users’ connections. Network acceleration does not replace the user’s responsibility to check access behavior, content sources, and usage permissions.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
Route performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier interconnection, exit region, target platform, and device configuration. Maintenance, network faults, changes to third-party services, and events beyond reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions or access issues. VPNWT does not guarantee fixed speeds or latency, or uninterrupted connections.
If an issue occurs, first check your local connection and configuration, then provide the relevant details through a support ticket. Avoid submitting passwords or complete subscription details. VPNWT will respond based on the issue. Decisions by third-party platforms regarding accounts, content, or payment eligibility are explained by those platforms under their own rules.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNWT is not liable for indirect losses caused by users’ rule violations, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law or limit rights users have under applicable law.
Account Suspension and Termination
If a user breaches acceptable use requirements, resells or shares an account, repeatedly disrupts route operations, or shows unusual activity requiring verification, VPNWT may restrict relevant features or suspend the account as appropriate. Any action should be proportionate to the risk. Where permitted by law and security requirements, the reason and next steps will be provided through the user panel.
Users may submit an explanation about a restriction through a support ticket. If a serious violation is confirmed, or violations continue after an explanation has been received, VPNWT may terminate the relevant service. Account actions do not affect rights granted to users under applicable law. Payment matters are handled according to the refund policy and applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Related Policies
VPNWT may update these terms when the service scope, usage rules, or legal requirements change, and will show the update month on this page. Changes that materially affect users’ rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel, with an explanation of what changed and how it applies. Necessary notices will not be replaced by silent updates.
Users should review any changes before continuing to use the service. If you have questions or cannot accept the changes, submit them through a user panel support ticket. See the Privacy Policy for details on how account information is handled.
